How do I Redeem my Groupon Voucher?

To redeem your voucher you will need your Groupon redemption code. Your code is located on Groupon.com under mygroupon you would need to find the corresponding voucher, choose the option to view or print the voucher and you will find your code (it is a series of 10 letters/numbers beginning with the letter G) Example of voucher code: GNBLE681CF


How do I Redeem my Social Living Voucher?

If you could please contact our customer service department at 800-914-3467 and a member of our team can process your order using your living social voucher code as well as process the separate shipping and handling fee of $3.99.


Where can I find information or instructions?

Operating instructions & product details for all our items can be found on each products page. You can find the product that you are looking for by using our search bar located in the upper right hand corner or by selecting a category on our menu bar. Instructions and detail tabs will be visible under the product image and above the description.



What is the warranty/replacement policy for Touch of ECO products?

We offer a 60-day warranty from the day of delivery on all our products. If your order is damaged or not working correctly and is under warranty, you are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us at info@touchofeco.com or 800-914-3467.


Where do I send returns?

Can I get a replacement?

If your order is damaged or not working correctly and is under warranty, you are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us at info@touchofeco.com or 800-914-3467.


How long does it take my order to be delivered?

Your order is typically delivered with in 7 – 10 business from the day that the order was placed. In some cases however it can take up to 14 days depending on where you live.


How do we ship?

Your shipment will arrive via FedEx or USPS. We do not require a signature for delivery.


Do we ship internationally?

We now ship within the Continental US, at this time we do not ship to Canada or overseas.


What happens after I place my order?

After you complete the checkout process, we will send a copy of your online order confirmation via email within one hour.


What if I need to make a change to my order or change my delivery address?

We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. To request a change, please contact us at 1-800-914-3467.
